Li uccidono così, fucilandoli a freddo. Adulti e bambini senza
distinzione, tanto sono palestinesi!
Sanno che per i loro continui crimini, anche se a volte configurabili
come crimini di guerra, altre come crimini contro l'umanità non pagheranno
alcun prezzo.
Chi sono questi serial killer finora impuniti? sono i soldati di
Tsahal, le forze armate israeliane.
Ieri ne hanno uccisi sette di palestinesi inermi. Il più giovane non
aveva ancora 12 anni, praticamente un cucciolo, il più vecchio ne aveva 26. Ma
nessuna sanzione arriverà a fermare il grilletto dei killer, cecchini cui
Israele ha dato mandato di colpire i palestinesi che manifestano lungo la linea
dell'assedio.
Manifestano per rivendicare ciò che NON dovrebbe neanche essere
chiesto, se l'ONU avesse un senso, perché è già loro dovuto.
Chiedono, anzi giustamente pretendono, il rispetto di due diritti
essenziali e ritenuti tali da più Risoluzioni della Nazioni Unite, il diritto
alla libertà e il diritto al ritorno nelle terre che furono costretti ad
abbandonare.
Solo ieri i criminali israeliani ne hanno feriti circa 500 portando a
oltre 20.000 il numero dei feriti complessivi della Grande marcia per il
ritorno, e uccisi altri sette portando la strage di inermi, solo lungo il
border, a quasi 200 martiri.
Numeri da guerra e non da due ore di manifestazione. Una vergogna
insopportabile per uno Stato democratico, ma Israele non prova vergogna, perché
Israele è uno Stato etnocratico e NON democratico. Sarebbe ora di dirlo a voce
alta e di pretendere, dati alla mano, che le nostre istituzioni facciano
altrettanto. La vergogna non appartiene a Israele se uccide o ferisce centinaia
di "goym", cioè di non ebrei, alias di non appartenenti al popolo
eletto, a maggior ragione se questi sono "solo" dei palestinesi, ma
appartiene a chi si riconosce nei valori democratici e per questo prova
indignazione oltre che umano dolore.
Ma, al di là dell'indignazione che, in quanto democratici sinceri,
proviamo davanti a tale efferata e non sanzionata violenza, cerchiamo di capire
a cosa mira Israele. Non è sufficiente fermarsi all'osservazione sociologica di
un dato incontestabile, e cioè ia sua sempre più evidente deriva verso una
pratica a dir poco nazistoide, per dare una spiegazione convincente circa la
strategia che determina tanta criminale violenza.
Netanyahu, all'assemblea dell'Onu di tre giorni fa, ha liquidato con
disprezzo la questione palestinese, considerandola ormai risolta e si è tuffato
sull'Iran e su Hezbollah. Ma Israele lo sa che sta rischiando e facendo
rischiare molto grosso a tutto il Medio Oriente, e non solo?
Vorrà forse utilizzare una delle sue 137 o più bombe nucleari? Risulta
difficile crederci. Allora cosa vuole Israele? e cosa vuol fare dei
palestinesi, per restare nel tema che stiamo affrontando?
La violenza di cui stiamo parlando riguarda i palestinesi di Gaza, ma
la Cisgiordania non è davvero risparmiata dagli abusi israeliani, al punto che
perfino l'Alto rappresentante UE per gli Affari Esteri, F. Mogherini ha preso, almeno verbalmente,
posizione (v. la minacciata demolizione della scuola di gomme e del villaggio
di Khan al Ahmar). Forse, rispetto a Gaza, il suo è semplicemente un gioco
criminale per testare Hamas e vedere se dopo tante provocazioni risponderà,
fornendogli la possibilità di dire che è stato "costretto" ad
attaccare massicciamente ancora una volta la Striscia e poterla usare, come
ritenuto da alcuni analisti, come laboratorio per sperimentare nuove armi.
Non abbiamo la possibilità di verificarlo e quindi lo lasciamo nella
sfera del dubbio. Ma una cosa sappiamo ed è di pubblico dominio: Israele ha già
più volte usato fosforo bianco e cluster bombs contro i gazawi e non ha avuto
per questo alcuna sanzione.
Perché l'ONU teme Israele? forse perché le voci di lobbies ebraiche che
dagli USA governano il mondo non sono semplici fantasie?
Ma anche questo non basta a capire. C'è qualcosa che va indagato più a
fondo, pena il rischio di liquidare tutto in una formula che chiama la
religione ebraica a sostegno dell'agire israeliano al di fuori, al di sopra e
contro ogni legalità, riducendo il Diritto e le Istituzioni internazionali in
cenere.
Il problema vero non sarebbe comunque nel liquidare tutto a problema
religioso, quanto le sue conseguenze circa il Diritto internazionale. Un danno
che va ben oltre le violenze contro i palestinesi e lo sprezzo per i loro
diritti. Un danno che per una specie di legge fisica tracima dalla Palestina e
coinvolge il mondo.
Questo consentire a Israele di agire impunito in una sorta di
riconoscimento del suo essere "über alles" tollerando, o fingendo di
ignorare o addirittura acclamando le sue illegalità è un problema enorme eppure
i media mainstream seguitano a fornire copertura mediatica a questo Stato
fuorilegge derubricando perfino le fucilazioni di bambini a "risultati
degli scontri". Scontri impossibili per definizione data la struttura del
border.
Mentre trascrivo i nomi degli ultimi sette martiri per non lasciarli
solo come numeri dell'eccidio, mi viene in mente il sermone del pastore
protestante Niemoeller, poi ripreso nei versi di Brecht, "vennero a
prendere i comunisti ma io non dissi niente, non ero comuniista. Poi vennero a
prendere gli ebrei ma io non dissi niente, non ero ebreo. Vennero..... ...poi
vennero a prendere me, ma non c'era più nessuno che potesse parlare".
Che ci pensino i nostri colleghi dei media mainstream, almeno quelli
che si definiscono democratici, ci pensino. E non solo per sostenere la causa
palestinese che noi riteniamo assolutamente giusta, ma per non lasciar
decomporre quel che che resta dei valori democratici di cui troppo spesso a
vuoto riempiono le loro pagine.
Oggi sono stati sepolti
Mohammed Nayef ,14 anni, Iyad
Khalil 20 anni, Mohammed Walid Haniya, di 24 anni come Mohammed Bassam Shaksa, il piccolo Nasser
Azmi Musabeh di soli 12 anni, Mohammed Ali Anshasi, 18 anni e Mohammed Ashraf Al-Awawdeh di 26 anni. Tutti
fucilati ti senza processo da uno Stato che compiendo abitualmente questi
crimini non può che essere definito CANAGLIA.

They kill them like
that, cold-punching them. Adults and children without distinction, they are so
Palestinian!
They know that for
their continuous crimes, even if sometimes configurable as war crimes, others
as crimes against humanity will pay no price.
Who are these serial
killers so far unpunished? They are the soldiers of Tsahal, the Israeli armed
forces.
Yesterday, seven
unarmed Palestinians were killed. The youngest was not yet 12 years old,
practically a puppy, the oldest was 26. But no sanction will come to stop the
trigger of the killers, snipers to whom Israel has sent to strike the
Palestinians who demonstrate along the line of siege.
They demonstrate to
claim what should NOT even be asked, if the UN had a sense, because it is
already due to them.
They demand, indeed
rightly demand, the respect of two essential rights and considered as such by
more than one United Nations Resolution, the right to freedom and the right to
return to the lands they were forced to abandon.
Only yesterday,
Israeli criminals injured about 500 of them, bringing to over 20,000 the total
number of injured in the Great March for Return, and killed another seven,
bringing the massacre of defenceless people, along the border alone, to almost
200 martyrs.
Numbers like in a war
and not after two hours of demonstration. An unbearable shame for a democratic
state, but Israel is not ashamed, because Israel is an ethnocratic and
undemocratic state. It is time to say this out loud and to demand, in facts,
that our institutions do the same. Shame does not belong to Israel if it kills
or hurts hundreds of "goyms", that is, non-Jews, aliases of
non-elected people, all the more so if these are "only" Palestinians,
but the shame belongs to those who recognize themselves in democratic values
and for this reason feel indignation as well as human pain.
But, beyond the indignation
that, as sincere democrats, we feel in the face of such brutal and not
sanctioned violence, we try to understand what Israel is aiming for. It is not
enough to stop at the sociological observation of an incontestable fact, and
that is its increasingly evident drift towards a practice to say the least
Nazis, to give a convincing explanation about the strategy that determines so
much criminal violence.
Netanyahu, at the UN
assembly three days ago, dismissed the Palestinian question with contempt, considering
it now resolved and plunged into Iran and Hezbollah. But does Israel know that
it is risking and making the whole of the Middle East take very big risks, and
not only that?
Will it want to use
one of its 137 or more nuclear bombs? It is difficult to believe that. So what
does Israel want? And what does it want to do with the Palestinians, to stay on
the subject we are dealing with?
The violence we are
talking about concerns the Palestinians in Gaza, but the West Bank is not
really spared by Israeli abuses, to the point that even the EU High
Representative for Foreign Affairs, Mrs. F.
Mogherini has taken a
position, at least verbally (see the threatened demolition of the Gomme school
and the village of Khan al Ahmar). Perhaps, compared to Gaza, its is simply a
criminal game to test Hamas and see if after so many provocations it will
respond, giving to Israel the opportunity to say that it was "forced"
to massively attack the Strip once again and be able to use it, as some analysts
believe, as a laboratory to test new weapons.
We don't have the
possibility to verify it and therefore we leave it in the sphere of doubt. But
one thing we know and it is in the public domain: Israel has already used white
phosphorus and cluster bombs against the Gazawi several times and has not had
any sanction for this.
Why does the UN fear
Israel? Maybe because the voices of Jewish lobbies that govern the world from
the USA are not just fantasies?
But even that is not
enough to understand. There is something that must be investigated more
thoroughly, otherwise there is the risk of liquidating everything in a formula
that calls the Jewish religion in support of Israeli action outside, above and
against all legality, reducing the Law and international institutions to ashes.
The real problem,
however, would not be to dismiss everything as a religious problem, but rather
its consequences for international law. A damage that goes far beyond violence
against the Palestinians and contempt for their rights. A damage that by a kind
of physical law overflows from Palestine and involves the world.
This allows Israel to
act with impunity in a sort of recognition of its being "über alles"
tolerating, or pretending to ignore or even acclaiming its illegalities is a
huge problem and yet the mainstream media continue to provide media coverage to
this outlaw state robbing even the shootings of children to "results of
the clashes". These clashes are impossible by definition given the
structure of the border.
While I am
transcribing the names of the last seven martyrs so as not to leave them alone
as numbers of the massacre, I remind of the sermon of the Protestant pastor
Niemoeller, then taken up in Brecht's verses, "they came to take communists but I said nothing, I was not a
communist. Then came to take the Jews but I didn't say anything, I wasn't
Jewish. They came..... ...then they came to get me, but there was no one left
to talk.”
Let think our
colleagues in the mainstream media, at least those who call themselves
democrats, think about it. And not only to support the Palestinian cause that
we believe is absolutely right, but not to allow to decompose what remains of
the democratic values of which they too often fill their pages empty.

Mohammed Bassam Shaksa, Nasser Azmi Musabeh, 12, Mohammed Ali Anshasi, 18 and
Mohammed Ashraf Al-Awawdeh, 26. All shot without trial by a state that habitually
commits these crimes can only be called CANAGLIA.
